A new series of n-channel enhancement-mode DMOS analog switches targets high-speed switching applications that require very low on resistance and low capacitance. Designed for high-frequency RF operation, the SST823 and SST824 combine 5-W on resistance with a 3-pF reverse transfer capacitance. Switching speeds run at 2-ns turn-on and 3-ns turn-off. The SST823 switches analog signals up to ±7.5 V, while the SST824 switches analog signals up to ±10 V. Both can switch currents up to 1 A. Pricing starts at $0.65 each in lots of 100,000.
