Chip Ferrite Beads

This chip ferrite bead line includes the MH high-current series, MA chip ferrite bead arrays, MT low current/impedance series, and the MG, MU, and MZ high-impedance series. The beads are used for noise suppression in digital equipment, electronic instruments, and computer and peripheral devices. Sizes range from 1.6 mm to 4.5 mm and are packaged in tape and 1000-4000 per reel.

Mini Film Capacitors

This miniature film dielectric capacitor offers more current and voltage in an electrolytic-sized package, making it suitable for decoupling in high power converter designs. With a shelf life 10 times greater than an average capacitor, they are nonpolar for mistake-proof installation and safety. You can specify capacitance to 35μF, voltages of 500Vdc to 1500Vdc, and rms current to 22.6A.

Film Capacitors

The 709G series of polypropylene film capacitors has dv/dt ratings to 6200V/μsec for voltage applications — 160Vdc to 2000Vdc and 100Vac to 700Vac. They offer low dissipation factor (0.03% maximum), and temperature ratings from -55°C to 105°C — for use in snubbers, ac drives and inverters, and UPSs.

Programmable Motor Driver IC

This serially programmable dual dc motor driver IC (A3974) independently drives two separate dc motors. It features two DMOS H-bridges and output transistors with a low RDS(ON) which are synchronously rectified during PWM operation, reducing device power dissipation up to 30%.

Quad Transistors

The MMPQ series quad transistors includes four NPN or PNP, two NPN, and two PNP devices in a SOIC-16 package. They are a “drop in” second source for the quad transistors. It's offered in four electrically-isolated small-signal transistors in a 16-pin surface mount IC package — in bulk pack or 2500 pcs on 13-in. tape and reel.
