High Speed Drivers for Dual Power MOSFETs
The OptiMOS driver products PX3517 and PX3519 are high speed drivers, designed to drive a wide range of dual high side and low side n-channel power MOSFETs in applications such as computing and telecom point-of-load (PoL).
Combining the devices with Infineon’s Primarion family of digital multi-phase controller ICs or digital point-of-load controller ICs and Infineon N-channel MOSFETs, the new devices form a complete core-voltage regulator solution for advanced micro and graphic processors as well as point-of-load applications.
GaN-Based Buck Converter Evaluation Board
GaN Systems announced the availability of its 5MHz buck converter evaluation board (GS61008P-EVBHF) using its 100V E-Mode GaN transistor and pSemi’s PE29101 integrated high-speed driver. The outputs of the pSemi driver can provide switching transition speeds in the sub nano-second range.
This evaluation board allows customers to benefit from higher switching speeds, enabling smaller peripheral components in a variety of applications including DC–DC conversion, AC–DC conversion, wireless power charging, and lidar.
Rugged NTC Thermistors
Optimized for applications such as wind turbines, solar power inverters, battery chargers and DC/DC converters, Ametherm's MS35 thermistor series is designed to withstand high input energy from 500 J to 750 J and steady-state current from 10 A to 50 A. Featuring a diameter of 38 mm and thickness less than 10 mm, these thermistors do the same job as a power resistor and relay, yet in a smaller single-part alternative, saving valuable circuit board space.
High-Efficiency LED Driver
Power Integration's LYTSwitch-6 series family of ICs dramatically simplifies the development and manufacturing of off-line LED drivers, particularly those in compact enclosures or with high efficiency requirements. The LYTSwitch-6 architecture incorporate both primary and secondary controllers, with sense elements and a safety-rated feedback mechanism into a single IC.
Power Amplifiers Specialize in Driving Piezoelectric Capacitive Loads
The MPA106 and MP204 are Apex Microtechnology's newest high power amplifiers targeting the piezeoelectric drive circuits used for inkjet printer heads. The MP106 is a high output power amplifier optimized for producing negative output voltages. The MP204 is a high output current quad-channel amplifier capable of 7.5 A pulsed current per channel.
High-Temperature Dielectric Film Grades for Capacitors

A New Gallium Nitride Power Stage
Texas instrument's LMG3410 is a Single-Channel GaN Power Stage contains a 70-mΩ, 600-V GaN power transistor, an optimized driver, and built-in protection, in a low inductance 8-mm by 8-mm QFN package. The LMG3410 power stage coupled with TI's analog and digital power-conversion controllers enables designers to create smaller, more efficient and higher-performing designs compared to silicon designs.
