GreenPAK Device Combines High Accuracy Analog and Ultra-Small Package

Silego Technology announces a new Configurable Mixed-signal IC (CMIC) in its flagship GreenPAK (GPAK) Family. The SLG46140V is the second member of the 4th generation of GPAK products, offering the best analog and digital resources from previous generations, with expanded functionality and improved accuracy. Available in the incredibly small 1.6 x 2.0 x 0.55 mm 14-pin STQFN, this latest addition to Silego's GPAK line-up is poised to implement highly sophisticated mixed-signal circuits in even the most size-constrained products.

Silego's GPAK4 family of NVM Programmable CMIC devices enables innovative designers to integrate many system functions such as comparators, ADCs, logic, delays, counters, resets, power sequencing, voltage sensing, and interface circuits while minimizing component count, board space, and power consumption.

Like other devices in the GPAK family, development of SLG46140V projects takes advantage of the easy-to-use GPAK development hardware and simple GUI interface of GPAK Designer, allowing engineers to quickly and easily implement new designs and respond to changing design requirements.

"With the SLG46140V GreenPAK4, we've taken the mixed-signal functionality of the SLG46620V and partitioned it into a smaller and less expensive device to address demanding requirements in highly space-constrained designs," said John McDonald, VP of Marketing. "Silego continues to expand the GreenPAK family with powerful new products, enabling innovative designers to differentiate their products in highly competitive markets."
